  1. Can I return an Item?

Returns Policy

Our goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 7 days from the products arrival date.

Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of wrong Item(s) Shipped/Damaged Item(s). Defective/Damaged merchandise can Only be replaced. To be eligible for a return, All claims must be initiated within 7 days of Item(s) delivered.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopvarietyproducts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. What if I received the wrong Item?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges
We don not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know  and we'll get you a new one.

4. Do you offer Refunds?

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via-email of your refund once we've received and processed the return item(s). If you have not yet received your credit, please contact your bank or credit institution for more information.

5.Are there any Product Warranties?

Product Warranties

Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

6.Can I cancel my order?

Changing or Canceling your Order

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes, Once an order is placed it can't be cancelled or altered as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Most items may be returned within 7 days of the order date arrival with a Return Authorization.

 7. How long are shipping times?

Your product will ship within 3 days of your order, and then take up to 3 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at ShopVarietyProducts has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
